Mrs. Mercy Temowo - Chairman

Mrs. Temowo is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London and Nigeria and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. She started Insurance in London, in 1965 as an Underwriter and, following her return to Nigeria in 1976, worked for several major Underwriters, until she joined the Board of International Loss Adjusters in 1992, following the demise of her husband, Mr. Amos Temowo, who was one of ILA’s founding Partners. Mrs. Temowo is well respected by all arms of the Nigerian Insurance Industry and lends a different perspective to the normal functions of Loss Adjusting.

Mr. Bola Temowo - Chief Executive Officer

Bola holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Admin Degrees from the University of Lagos [1982 & 1985]. He is an Associate of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters, [AIILA]; and an Associate of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Nigeria.[AILAN]. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of London & Nigeria. He successfully completed a two-year Fellowship Programme sponsored by Rockefeller Foundation/LEAD International on Leadership and environmental issues. Bola is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School.

The son of late Amos Temowo, he joined International Loss Adjusters in 1995, following the footsteps of his father and providing continuity to the Company.

He commenced his career in Insurance in 1982 with Hogg Robinson Nigeria, before joining Crusader Insurance Plc. He also worked at T.A. Braithwaite & Co. and ACEN Insurance Co. Limited where he resigned as Deputy General Manager in 1995 to join International Loss Adjusters.

Bola is a Council Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and currently the Education Secretary of the august body. He has presented several technical papers on Insurance and related subjects.

Bola is very much at home in the Property and Casualty Insurance Claims, Business Interruption and Engineering Claims. He is a member of Ikoyi club, Lagos Country Club, Ikeja Golf Club and Abeokuta Golf Resort.

Mr. A.B Sadiku - Senior Manager

Mr. Sadiku is an Associate of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Nigeria [AILAN] and holds a Higher National Diploma in Insurance. He has over 15 years of practical and working experience in the field. His areas of specialisation include Fire, Material Damage, G.I.T., Fidelity Guarantee and C.A.R. and Engineering Insurance Claims.

Wale is a Council Member of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Nigeria and the Chairman, Activities Committee of the Institute.

Mr. Ibrahim A. Adesoji – Quantity Surveyor

Adesoji holds a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Diploma, Computer Science, MBA [Management] Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors [ANIQS], Member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Member of Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.  

Engr. Lanre Ajayi – Electrical Engineer

He is the Managing Director of PiNET Informatic. He had his Bachelors and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He worked for the Nigeria Telecommunications Limited [NITEL] for 11 years before establishing PiNET Informatics, which is one of the first ISPs in Nigeria. While in the Research and Development Department of NITEL, he came up with a number of designs which were patented by the company, on the strength of which he won several awards. Engr. Ajayi is on the board of ISP Association of Nigeria [ISPAN] and that of African ISP Association (AfrISPA]. He is a co-founder of the Nigerian Internet Group [NIG]/ He conceived the idea of forming the Group and proposed it’s formation in 1995. He is a member of the Nigeria Society of engineers, Internet society [ISOC] and a fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society. Engr. Ajayi represented Nigeria at the United Nation Economic Commission for Africa on the National Information and Communication Infrastructure [NICI] meetings, which partly led to the establishment of the National Information Technology Development Agency [[NITDA]. 

Engr. A.C.C Peters – BSc. [Hons], C. Dip. A/F. CEng.,FIMarEST.

Engr. Peters graduated from the University of Surrey Guildford, England with a First Class Degree. He has had a brilliant carrier as a Marine Engineer. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering Science and Technology, Member Nigerian Society of engineers, Member Institute of Mechanical Engineers amongst others. He is the honorary Secretary of the Institute of Marine Engineering Science and Technology, Nigeria Branch.  

Engr. Olasubomi, Bashir Odunsi

Engr. Odunsi is the Managing Director of Brickhouse [a firm of Construction Engineers]. He had a B.Sc. [Hons] Building from the University of Ife [now Obafemi Awolowo University]. He is a Merit Award Winner from the Nigerian Institute of Building. He is a Member, Workshop Group 2, Member, American Institute of Construction and Member, Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria.  

Mr. AJAYI, Emmanuel Femi Gbenga

Gbenga is the Managing Partner of Gbenga Ajayi & Co [a firm of Legal Practitioners]. He had his LL M [Corporate & Maritime Law] Degree at the Lagos State University, Masters Degree in International Law & Diplomacy and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management both from University of Lagos and Masters Business Admin [Marketing & General Management] from the University of Ilorin. We also have a working relationship with ENPLAN Group – a leading firm of Consulting Engineers, Planners and Environmentalist. In addition to this, we have a pool of other Consultants that we can draw from, ranging from Engineering to Finance.
